Virtual Assistant — Salon Group

Description

The Virtual Assistant provides high-quality administrative and client-facing support to Salon Group. This role requires a high-integrity ownership mindset proactive problem solving strict confidentiality and accountability for delivering timely accurate results across scheduling communication and operational tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate high-integrity ownership: take initiative follow through on commitments and escalate issues transparently.
  • Manage calendars appointments and booking confirmations for salon teams and clients.
  • Handle email and phone communications with professionalism and timely responses.
  • Maintain client records and update CRM information accurately.
  • Coordinate client intake follow-ups and reminders to maximize retention and satisfaction.
  • Support administrative tasks including invoicing support basic bookkeeping entries and expense tracking.
  • Assist with social media scheduling content coordination and client engagement as directed.
  • Prepare concise reports summaries and operational checklists to support salon leadership.
  • Protect client privacy and salon proprietary information with strict confidentiality.

Qualifications

  • 2 years of experience in virtual assistance administrative support or client services preferred.
  • Proven track record of accountability integrity and reliable follow-through.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and professional phone etiquette.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks manage multiple deadlines and work independently.
  • Experience in salon beauty retail or service industries is a plus.
  • High level of discretion when handling confidential client and business information.
