Position Overview
This position is responsible for supporting freight operations through load coordination, shipment monitoring, and communication management. Responsibilities
Coordinate load information and update shipment details
Track active shipments and monitor delivery timelines
Communicate status updates as needed
Maintain organized dispatch documentation
Assist with identifying scheduling conflicts or delays
Support operational recordkeeping
Help maintain workflow continuity
Track shipment milestones and updates
