We're currently seeking experienced and motivated Freight Agents with an active or growing book of business to join our team. This is a commission-only opportunity, ideal for independent professionals looking to maximize their income potential while working within a flexible structure.

Responsibilities
• Manage and grow your book of business by maintaining relationships with shippers and carriers
• Negotiate rates and arrange freight shipments through our TMS
• Provide exceptional customer service and handle any operational issues that arise
• Maintain accurate records of all loads and communications
Requirements
• 2+ years of experience as a freight broker or freight agent preferred
• Existing book of business or demonstrated ability to ramp up quickly
• Familiarity with TMS platforms and standard freight processes
• Strong communication, organizational, and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated with a drive to grow your income and client base
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
