We’re looking for **video editors / creators** who can take direction, work inside a content pipeline, and ship clean social videos.
This is a **real-work role**, not a practice role.
### Campaigns You Can Choose From
You’ll work on **one or more** of the following:
* **UGC / Creator Content**
* **Finance / Education Clips**
* **Evergreen Pet Content**
* **Clipping / Repurposing Long-Form Content**
You choose the lane(s) you’re strongest in.
### What You’ll Be Doing
* Edit short-form videos for TikTok, IG Reels, Shorts, and similar platforms
* Follow provided:
* Hooks
* Angles
* Asset descriptions
* Formatting rules
* Deliver videos that are **shipping-ready**
* Make revisions when requested
Light creative judgment is expected.
You are not guessing — you are executing.
### Tools
You may use your tools of choice.
Common tools include:
* CapCut
* Opus Clip
* Canva
* Other professional editing tools
Outcome matters more than tools.
### Paid Trial Test (Important)
Before ongoing work, there is a **paid trial test**.
* You will be given:
* A clear task
* A content angle
* Delivery requirements
* **Payment is issued only if the submitted video meets standards**
* If it meets standards, we continue
* If it doesn’t, the trial ends cleanly
This protects both sides and keeps expectations clear.
