Responsibilities

  • Conduct patient assessments, including vital signs and medical history
  • Administer medications, vaccines, and treatments as prescribed
  • Assist physicians with exams, procedures, and diagnostic tests
  • Educate patients on health conditions, treatment plans, and preventive care
  • Coordinate patient care and referrals to specialists as needed
  • Maintain accurate patient records in electronic medical systems
  • Ensure compliance with clinical policies, safety regulations, and infection control procedures
  • Support clinic operations, including triage and appointment scheduling assistance

Qualifications

  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in applicable state(s)
  • Minimum 1-2 years of clinical nursing experience in an outpatient or ambulatory care setting
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
  • Strong communication and patient education skills
  • Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems preferred
