Store Manager (Luxury) - Livermore, California Overview A distinguished luxury European ready-to-wear house, celebrated for its craftsmanship, timeless design, and understated sophistication, is seeking a Store Manager to lead its boutique. This individual will be responsible for driving commercial performance, cultivating an exceptional client experience, and upholding the brand's standards with precision and care. Key Responsibilities Business & Sales Leadership Drive overall store performance, consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPIs (conversion, UPT, ATV) Analyze business trends and implement strategic actions to maximize sales and profitability Lead by example on the sales floor, delivering a high-touch, personalized client experience Identify opportunities to grow the business through local clientele development and in-store initiatives Team Leadership & Development Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team aligned with the brand's standards Provide ongoing coaching and performance feedback to elevate individual and team results Foster a positive, motivated, and accountable team environment Operations & Compliance Oversee all operational aspects of the store, including inventory management, stock control, and loss prevention Ensure accuracy in reporting, scheduling, and administrative processes Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures Qualifications 4-7+ years of experience in luxury or premium retail, with prior management responsibility Proven track record of driving sales and managing store performance Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, coach, and develop talent Expertise in clienteling and building long-term client relationships Highly organized, detail-oriented, and commercially aware Passion for luxury fashion, craftsmanship, and elevated service Salary: $90,000-$100,000 Benefits: 10% monthly bonus based on salary, upon monthly goals achievement, target is set monthly by the company. The Company will contribute 80% to your individual health coverage. The company will provide clothing uniforms each season.
