Job Description

We are looking for an energetic and outgoing professional server with outstanding customer service skills. You’ll also need excellent communication skills to assist in taking orders, manage any requests, or needs from the client, and generally maintain the guest experience throughout their visit, in tandem with the service team.

Our desired candidate will be an energetic people-person, who understands how to read the room and when to enter and exit a conversation appropriately; a team player who can multitask and assist with other duties as needed. Cigar knowledge is not needed, training will be provided.

Qualifications:

• Must be able to handle a fast-paced atmosphere with periods of standing for an extended length of time.
• Must have excellent communication, customer service, and organization skills.
• Ability to deal with customer requests courteously, efficiently, and timely.
• Must be excellent in conflict resolution.
• Daytime availability is required during the week.
