As a server at Art SoHo, you will:

• Deliver impeccable service that reflects our high hospitality standards.

1. Extensive Menu Knowledge :

   • Educate guests on menu items and make personalized recommendations to enhance their experience.

2. Upselling Skills :

   • Confidently recommend premium cocktails, bottle service, and food pairings, increasing overall guest satisfaction and sales.

3. Ability to Handle High Volume :

   • Thrive in a busy rooftop bar environment, managing multiple tables while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.

4. Proficiency in Tray Service :

   • Safely and efficiently carry a tray of drinks, ensuring items are delivered in perfect condition.

5. Attention to Cleanliness and Presentation :

   • Maintain pristine table setups and assist with side work to ensure the space is always guest-ready.

6. Teamwork-Oriented Attitude :

   • Collaborate with bartenders, kitchen staff, and fellow servers to deliver seamless service.

   • Provide support to team members during peak hours, fostering a positive work environment.

7. Strong Communication Skills :

   • Engage with guests in a warm, professional manner and address any inquiries or concerns promptly.
