We are looking for an experienced Health Coach who brings years of real results, genuine passion for the science of human performance, and the kind of personality that makes patients excited to come back. This role blends elite-level coaching with clinical practice support in a concierge precision medicine environment unlike anything else in Charlotte.
You will be the primary accountability partner for each patient's program — coaching nutrition, fitness, lifestyle, and behavior change while supporting the clinical and operational needs of the practice. You will work alongside a physician at the forefront of longevity medicine, using state-of-the-art technology and proprietary protocols developed over 16 years of clinical practice.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
COACHING (Primary Responsibility):
• Serve as the primary accountability partner for each patient's individualized wellness program
• Conduct regular coaching check-ins covering functional nutrition, fitness, lifestyle, sleep, stress management, and behavior change
• Deliver initial and ongoing nutritional teaching sessions grounded in Dr. Galvin's clinical protocols, including CGM data interpretation and supplement guidance
• Guide patients using Dr. Galvin's proprietary coaching tools and state-of-the-art patient engagement technology
• Educate patients on GLP-1 medications, hormone protocols, and peptide therapies in accessible, empowering language
• Document all coaching interactions in our EHR (Cerbo) and communicate observations to the clinical team
• Assist patients in building self-efficacy and ownership of their health transformation
CLINICAL TRAINING & PROCEDURES:
New team members receive comprehensive, hands-on training across a full range of clinical procedures, including:
• Vital signs and patient assessment
• IM and SQ injections
• Phlebotomy (blood draws)
• Pulmonary function testing (PFTs)
• DEXA body composition scanning
• VO2 max and RMR (resting metabolic rate) testing
• EKG and other clinical diagnostics
Our patients benefit from state-of-the-art diagnostic technology and coaching tools, including proprietary protocols and patient engagement systems developed by Dr. Galvin over 16 years of clinical practice.
CHART MANAGEMENT & FOLLOW-UP:
• Prepare and review all patient charts before appointments
• Follow through on post-visit tasks, dose changes, and protocol updates
• Ensure prescription refills are completed prior to end of business day
• Conduct proactive patient follow-up to confirm medications, monitors, and appointments
