Job Description

Lamoille Valley Chevrolet is seeking a dedicated Parts Manager to join our close-knit, family-owned local dealership in Hyde Park, VT. This role is integral to ensuring the smooth operation of our parts department, supporting both our service team and customers with efficiency and expertise. Responsibilities

  • Manage daily operations of the parts department, including inventory control and ordering.
  • Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of parts.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to both internal teams and customers.
  • Train, supervise, and support parts department staff.
  • Work closely with service and sales departments to meet dealership goals.
  • Monitor parts department financials, including budgeting and profit margins.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Requirements
  • Proven experience managing a parts department, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
  • Ability to work well within a family-owned, close-knit team environment.
  • Familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus.
