Job Title: Parts Manager (Automotive) Job Type: Full-TimeCompensation: $60,000 – $85,000 per year (based on experience & performance) About the Opportunity A growing and well-established automotive group is seeking a proven Parts Manager to lead operations at one of our dealership locations. This is a leadership role for someone who understands how to drive performance, control inventory, and build a strong team culture. Our organization is built on coaching, encouragement, development, and execution—and we’re looking for leaders who take ownership and deliver results. Key Responsibilities * Lead all aspects of parts department operations * Maintain proper inventory levels, turns, and obsolescence controls * Partner with service and sales departments to maximize efficiency * Recruit, train, and develop parts team members * Monitor KPIs, profitability, and departmental performance * Ensure a high level of internal and external customer satisfaction Requirements (Must Meet to Be Considered) * Minimum 2+ years automotive parts management or assistant parts manager experience * OEM dealership experience required * Proven track record of managing inventory and controlling obsolescence * Experience leading and developing a team * Strong understanding of parts department KPIs and profitability Preferred Qualifications * Domestic brand experience (GM, CDJR, Ford, etc.) * Experience with dealership management systems (CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, etc.) Why Join Us? * Competitive compensation with performance upside * Strong leadership support and team environment * Career growth opportunities within a stable automotive group * Culture that values accountability and development
