Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Email & Chat Support Specialist to join our team, either in-office or remotely. This role plays a crucial part in delivering exceptional customer service by providing timely, clear, and helpful responses through email and live chat channels. Key Objectives

  • Deliver outstanding support through email and chat platforms, ensuring customer satisfaction.

  • Contribute to continuous improvement of support processes and customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email and live chat.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot customer issues, providing clear solutions or escalating appropriately.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are fully resolved and satisfaction is achieved.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, policies, and procedures to deliver accurate information.
  • Assist in identifying common customer concerns and suggest improvements to support workflows.
  • Work collaboratively with team members and other departments to enhance overall customer experience.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in customer support, preferably in email and chat environments.
  • Excellent written communication skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a dynamic setting.
  • Familiarity with customer support software, CRM systems, or live chat tools is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Comfortable working independently or as part of a team, in-office or remotely.
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace if working remotely.
