Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Datacenter Network Lead with strong expertise in AWS Cloud, Terraform, and Enterprise Network Infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience designing, implementing, and managing large-scale datacenter and cloud networking environments. This role requires leadership capabilities, hands-on technical expertise, and experience driving network transformation initiatives across hybrid cloud environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, deployment, and management of enterprise datacenter and cloud network infrastructure.
• Architect and implement hybrid network solutions connecting on-premises datacenters with AWS cloud environments.
• Design and maintain network automation solutions using Terraform and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles.
• Manage routing, switching, firewalls, load balancers, VPNs, and WAN connectivity.
• Configure and support AWS networking services including: VPC Transit Gateway Direct Connect Route 53 Network Load Balancer (NLB) Application Load Balancer (ALB) Security Groups Network ACLs
• Develop reusable Terraform modules and automate infrastructure provisioning.
• Lead network migration projects from traditional datacenters to AWS cloud.
• Ensure high availability, scalability, performance, and security of network infrastructure.
• Collaborate with cloud, security, DevOps, and infrastructure teams.
• Perform capacity planning, performance tuning, and root cause analysis.
• Establish network monitoring, alerting, and operational best practices.
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to junior engineers.
• Create and maintain network architecture diagrams and technical documentation.

Required Skills

Networking

• Strong expertise in: TCP/IP BGP OSPF MPLS VLANs STP VXLAN VPN Technologies DNS & DHCP Experience with datacenter networking architectures. Hands-on experience with enterprise network troubleshooting.

Cloud & Automation

• Strong experience with AWS networking services. Expertise in Terraform for Infrastructure as Code. Experience with network automation and configuration management. Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices. Experience integrating Terraform with Git-based workflows.

Security

• Experience with: Network Security Firewalls IDS/IPS Zero Trust Architecture Security Compliance Standards Understanding of cloud security best practices.

Network Technologies

• Experience with one or more: Cisco Nexus Cisco ACI Arista Juniper Palo Alto F5 Load Balancers

Preferred Qualifications

• AWS networking certifications preferred: AWS Certified Advanced Networking Specialty AWS Solutions Architect Professional
• Experience with: Kubernetes Networking Docker SD-WAN Cloud Migration Projects Knowledge of Python, Bash, or PowerShell scripting. Experience in multi-cloud environments is a plus.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field. Relevant certifications preferred: CCNP Enterprise CCIE Enterprise Infrastructure AWS Certified Advanced Networking Specialty

• Experience leading global infrastructure teams.
• Exposure to large-scale datacenter modernization programs.
• Experience with Agile and ITIL environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
