Applicants must be able to work in person at our Arlington, VA office.

• Collaborating on a team of award-winning artists and storytellers for political, corporate, and advocacy groups across the country

• Animating original motion graphics for a variety of digital platforms in a fast-paced environment: you will mostly be crafting compelling 15-second video spots for social media, but we do a lot of other digital mediums like MMS text messages and GIF’s 
• Craft compelling narratives with mixed sets of assets (footage, motion graphics, news clips, scripted voice overs, etc.) to create consistent, high-quality ads
• Working with graphic designers to turn static designs and style frames into thumb-stopping mobile video creations
• Participating in training, mentorship, and team-building activities to boost your growth and stay at the forefront of digital trends

• 3+ years experience creating video content for in-house brands or at an agency
• People who want to learn the ins and outs of digital platforms and push the boundaries of what’s capable on established and new digital platforms
• Expertise with the Adobe suite, particularly After Effect and Premiere and strong design fundamentals
• Motion Graphic artists who love working with others in a collaborative team environment
• Curious minds who never want to stop growing and are open to working with political environments 
• Creatives who want to work in a fast-paced, streamlined environment where speed is essential to our client's success
