We're looking for a Motion Designer to bring high-impact launch campaigns to life through dynamic, performance-driven animation.
You'll work closely with animators, storyboard designers, editors, and strategists to create visually compelling content designed to capture attention and drive engagement at scale.
Own motion execution
Lead animation for major launch campaigns from concept to final delivery.
Build visual systems
Develop transitions, pacing, and a consistent motion language across campaigns.
Collaborate cross-functionally
Work closely with creative strategists and growth teams to align visuals with performance goals.
Optimize based on performance
Iterate on creatives using data and feedback to improve results.
Mentor and elevate the team
Provide feedback and guidance to other designers to maintain a high creative standard.
Advanced proficiency in After Effects
Working knowledge of Premiere Pro
Comfortable reviewing and collaborating on layouts in Figma
Experience with 3D tools (Cinema 4D or Blender)
Ability to integrate 2D and 3D motion seamlessly
