Job Description

The Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer will be responsible for developing, configuring, customizing, and supporting enterprise Microsoft Dynamics CRM/Dynamics 365 applications. The Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer will collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and project leadership to deliver scalable CRM solutions that align with organizational objectives and operational requirements.

The Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer will participate in requirement gathering sessions, perform gap-fit analysis, contribute to solution design activities, and implement CRM customizations and integrations. The role requires extensive hands-on experience with Dynamics CRM entities, workflows, plugins, custom scripts, and enterprise system integrations.

The Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer will work closely with cross-functional teams to support CRM integrations with ERP systems, Outlook, SharePoint, Office 365, Active Directory synchronization, and other line-of-business applications. This role also involves developing custom workflows, business process flows, reports, APIs, and deployment solutions while ensuring adherence to best practices and Agile methodologies.

The Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer will support data migration initiatives using tools such as SSIS, Scribe, or similar technologies and contribute to deployment, troubleshooting, testing, and continuous improvement activities within the CRM ecosystem.

The Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer will also be expected to provide technical expertise in CRM Web API development, JavaScript customization, REST/SOAP services, messaging frameworks, reporting services, and enterprise application integration strategies.

Key Responsibilities CRM Development & Customization
  • Configure, customize, and extend Microsoft Dynamics CRM/Dynamics 365 applications.
  • Develop plugins, custom workflow activities, business process flows, and JavaScript customizations.
  • Design and implement CRM entities, workflows, forms, dashboards, and web resources.
  • Customize CRM solutions using Dynamics CRM Web API, OData, and REST services.
  • Create custom and out-of-the-box CRM reports using SSRS technologies.
Integration & Data Management
  • Integrate Dynamics CRM with ERP systems, line-of-business applications, Outlook, SharePoint, and Office 365.
  • Support Active Directory synchronization and enterprise authentication integrations.
  • Develop integrations using REST/SOAP web services and messaging frameworks such as NServiceBus.
  • Perform data migration activities using SSIS, Scribe, or similar migration tools.
  • Ensure data consistency, integrity, and system reliability across integrated environments.
Solution Design & Delivery
  • Participate in requirement gathering and gap-fit analysis discussions.
  • Support solution architecture, deployment planning, and technical documentation.
  • Follow Agile development methodologies and participate in sprint planning activities.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to troubleshoot and resolve technical and functional issues.
  • Ensure adherence to CRM development best practices and organizational standards.
Required Qualifications Experience
  • Minimum 8-10 years of overall IT industry experience.
  • Minimum 3+ years of hands-on Microsoft Dynamics CRM/Dynamics 365 development experience.
