What You’ll Do
- Time. Thenumber one focus is to ferociously protect Devin’s time. This is done by managing inboxes (Gmail, instagram, FUB) and handling, delegating, forwarding as much as possible before it gets to Devin.
- Marketing . Marketing involves social media, email campaigns, reporting and events.
- Social Media Projects would include:
- Repurposing content from Devin’s icloud to create new content from what already exists. Lots of creative freedom would be given here. In short, make cool stuff.
- Manage Devin’s Stories -> This generates leads and we will be re using some of the same posts/IG stories over and over that work. This is more cut and dry and less creative freedom but creates inbound leads.
- IG inbox -> Lots of leads come in. No replies go out. No benuo. You would fix that. Of those some Devin should be calling so we’d want to create a weekly hot lead list for the team.
- Help Devin make the style match the vision. The vision of my brand is below. The vision is not aligning. You would do this by helping improve our thumbnails, assisting with wardrobe, props and video ideas/scripts.
- Email Marketing -> Each month Devin writes marketing emails to agents. I need someone who can read, proof, schedule and also help improve our email marketing systems. We send about 16 emails per week. Right now there is no coordination between our content and our emails which is quite silly.
- SOP’s -> Most things we do will be a part of a process. We want artists who also understand that a successful business/brand is built on part art and part foundation. We can’t be re-inventing the wheel each day. Each team member documents the key parts of their role. This makes duplication much easier.
- Reporting -> Analytics and data are part of any successful marketing initiative. We need to know what’s working and do more of it and stop doing things that don’t work. Each team member will be expected to either use or build their reporting functions over time. Google sheets works great. We track most things on a weekly basis. Daily is too much and monthly slows things down.
- KPI’s -> All roles are paid on a Base + Variable. The better you perform the more you earn.

- Total Leads from Marketing Emails
- YT Channel Subscriber Growth
- # of repurposed videos
- # of Sales Made

- Technically Proficient - This role will require various use of media and tech. If you do not know it you must be able to learn it through Youtube University!

First 12 Week Targets:
- 100% own the IG inbox.
- Post 36 pieces of re purposed content from Devin’s icloud
- Add 1000 subscribers to our educational youtube channel
- Create 3 additional sales in Elite Coaching
- Launch our email marketing to outside of Hawaii to grow our IG/YT channel
Pay Structure & Perks :
- 1099 Position or W2 Depending on Time and preference (Once you arrive if you want full time we can discuss this)
- Base Pay: $20 Per Hour + Bonus on Performance
- If full time, gold health care plan will be provided.

Termination Outline
- This is an at-will position. Either party may terminate at any time.
- In the event that employment is terminated or the team member steps down from the position, then there will be no further compensation or bonuses paid beyond the already worked salary.

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
