Job Description

Join our client's team as a Maintenance Supervisor near Evansville, IN, supporting a food manufacturing. This multi-craft role covers mechanical, electrical, controls, and facilities maintenance to keep production, packaging, and utility systems running safely and efficiently.

What you'll do:

* Supports production operations within safety, quality, budgetary, and regulatory guidelines by ensuring timely and efficient maintenance of all operations equipment and assets.
* Enhance the overall quality, safety, and reliability of the assets while maintaining regulatory compliance.
* Direct supervision of technical/maintenance staff, providing day-to-day technical leadership as well as managing PM programs and projects.
* Maintains documentary evidence of key events in installation and maintenance activity and provides technical advice in problem-solving

What we're looking for:

* 5+ years of recent maintenance experience - food manufacturing preferred.
* 5 years of leadership or supervisory experience.
* High-level attention to detail
* Experience with quality systems and regulations.
* Experience with Microsoft Office applications, and ERP software systems.
* Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills.
* Ability to work in wet, fast-paced food production environments.
