Monthly Clinic Volume: 100-120 patients
Monthly Dialysis Volume: ~90-100 patients
Duties: Clinic and dialysis coverage
Support Staff: MA, LPN/LVN, NP/PA
EMR: Epic
Must be board-certified
BLS & DEA preferred
Paid travel and expenses
