Role: Sr Lead Engineer I Facets BSA ANSI

Location: Remote

We are looking for an Sr Lead Engineer with strong expertise in ANSI 834 Enrollment processes to support healthcare member enrollment operations. This role involves managing electronic enrollment transactions, validating enrollment data, resolving processing issues, and ensuring accurate member enrollment within healthcare systems.

Required Skills

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience
• Strong hands-on experience with ANSI 834 Enrollment transactions
• Experience with member eligibility and enrollment processes in the healthcare domain
• Strong understanding of Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) files
• Experience validating, testing, and auditing enrollment files
• Ability to troubleshoot enrollment data and file processing issues
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Experience supporting User Acceptance Testing and system validation
• Responsibilities
• Process inbound and outbound ANSI 834 enrollment files
• Validate enrollment data to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners for end-to-end enrollment testing
• Identify, investigate, and resolve enrollment file discrepancies
• Ensure timely and accurate member enrollment into healthcare systems, including Facets
• Support testing, auditing, and validation activities related to enrollment processes
• Partner with business and technical teams to ensure successful enrollment operations

Preferred Skills

• Experience with the Facets platform
• Healthcare payer domain experience
• Knowledge of partner testing and file integration processes
• Understanding of healthcare enrollment compliance and data quality standards

Education

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Relevant technical certifications are a plus.
