Being an IT Business Systems Analyst at iManage Means…
You drive business value from our technology investments and ensure the IT department is a true partner in advancing company strategy. Working cross-functionally, you analyze needs, support IT project delivery, and optimize processes, bridging technology and business with a strategic, impact-focused mindset. You help shape solutions that deliver measurable results across our global organization.

iM Responsible For…
  • Serving as a strategic partner between IT and business units to identify and deliver service innovations, process improvements, and growth opportunities enabled by technology.
  • Analyzing IT projects and departmental activities to quantify business value, ROI, and opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Developing, tracking, and reporting key performance indicators (KPIs), performance metrics, and service-level agreements (SLAs) that evaluate IT's impact on business objectives to maximize value delivery.
  • Supporting IT portfolio management and prioritization to ensure projects align with key strategic outcomes and resource capacity.
  • Preparing business cases, executive summaries, and recommendations for technology driven transformation initiatives.
  • Conducting internal and market research to recommend process enhancements and innovative solutions enabled by IT.
  • Leading and supporting small to medium sized IT projects from inception to completion, ensuring on time, value aligned delivery.
  • Managing IT procurement processes for hardware, software, and services while partnering with procurement and finance to oversee vendor relationships, purchasing workflows, and budget alignment.
  • Partnering with IT leadership and executive stakeholders on strategic planning, providing actionable insights on technology trends, risk posture, and performance.
  • Driving change management activities that guide stakeholders through technology transitions and maximize adoption.
iM Qualified Because I Have…
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or relevant field.
  • 3+ years in IT business analysis, operations, or project management, with demonstrated project leadership.
  • Strong analytical, financial modeling, and business process improvement skills.
  • Experience partnering across teams and driving organizational change through technology.
  • Advanced proficiency with project management and analytical tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Microsoft Project, Jira, or Smartsheet).
  • Excellent communication skills and capability to bridge technical and business priorities.
  • A PMP, CAPM, or equivalent certification preferred; familiarity with ITIL or COBIT a plus.
  • A collaborative, proactive, and impact-focused mindset.
Don't meet every qualification listed above? Studies show that women and people of color are less likely to apply to jobs unless they meet all qualifications. At iManage, we are committed to building a diverse and inclusive environment, and encourage everyone to show up as their full authentic selves. We welcome those that come with a growth mindset and a hunger for learning; so, if you are excited about this role but your past experience doesn't align perfectly with every qualification we encourage you to apply anyways!
