Immediate Openings: Industrial Painter

Location: Delaware, Ohio.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–4:30 PM.
Saturday: 6:00 AM–12:00 PM.
Environment: Warehouse (not temperature-controlled).
Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire.

Key Responsibilities:

• Surface Preparation: Clean and prepare surfaces for painting by removing old paint, sanding, and applying primers as needed.
• Painting & Coating: Apply paint using spray techniques.
• Paint Mixing: Select and mix appropriate paints and coatings to achieve required colors and finishes while following specifications.
• Equipment Maintenance: Operate and maintain painting equipment to ensure proper function and safety.
• Quality Control: Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards and specifications are met; make adjustments as necessary.
• Safety Compliance: Follow all safety guidelines and regulations, use required PPE, and maintain a safe work environment.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience: Previous painting experience, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing setting.
• Technical Skills: Knowledge of painting tools, spray techniques, and safety practices related to coatings.
• Attention to Detail: Ability to produce high-quality finishes and adhere to specifications.
• Physical Stamina: Capable of standing for long periods, lifting heavy materials, and working in various positions.
