HVAC Service Manager - Commercial HVAC
We're seeking a proven Commercial HVAC Service Manager to lead a high-performing service organization and take full ownership of day-to-day service operations. This is a leadership role for someone who understands commercial HVAC at scale and knows how to run people, schedules, margins, and customer relationships - not just respond to calls.

This is not a "babysitting techs" role. This is a hands-on leadership position with real authority and long-term upside.

What You'll Be Responsible For

Lead, coach, and hold accountable a team of commercial HVAC service technicians

Own daily service operations: dispatch, scheduling, workload balancing, and job execution

Serve as a senior technical resource for complex troubleshooting and escalations

Build and maintain strong customer relationships that drive retention and repeat business

Ensure service work is executed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with codes and regulations

Improve productivity, response times, and service quality across the operation

Partner with leadership to strengthen service processes and performance

What We're Looking For

5+ years of leadership experience in large commercial HVAC service

Strong technical knowledge of commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems

A leader who commands respect in the field and sets clear expectations

Proven ability to manage people, priorities, and pressure

Organized, decisive, and accountable - someone who finishes what they start

Experience maximizing labor, materials, and time to deliver consistent results
