Hair Stylist – Luxury Spa & Salon
Location: On-site at an exclusive, high-end country club within a premier equestrian environment
Salary: $50,000 – $85,000+ (negotiable based on experience) annually
Position Overview
Our client, a prestigious and highly exclusive country club, is seeking a talented and passionate Hair Stylist to join their luxury spa and salon team. This role is ideal for a professional who takes pride in both technical artistry and delivering an elevated guest experience within a refined, service-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
Perform a full range of hair services, including cutting, coloring, styling, and gentleman’s haircuts
Maintain accurate and detailed records of all chemical service formulas
Stay current on industry trends, techniques, and innovations to provide personalized services
Build and maintain a loyal guest base through exceptional customer service and relationship management
Recommend and promote salon products to enhance guests’ at-home care routines
Collaborate with team members to foster a cohesive, welcoming salon environment
Maintain a clean, organized workstation and ensure all tools are in excellent working condition
Adhere to all health, safety, sanitation, and disinfection standards
Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
Valid Florida Cosmetology License required
Minimum of 2 years of professional experience as a Hair Stylist
Strong technical skills across cutting, coloring, and styling services
Commitment to delivering high-touch, luxury-level guest experiences
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
Work Environment
