Family Medicine Physician (FM)

We’re hiring a Family Medicine Physician who wants a mission-driven career with a four-day work week and zero on-call requirements.
You’ll step into an outpatient clinical role focused on providing comprehensive care to adult and pediatric patients within an underserved community. The schedule is designed to support balance, sustainability, and quality patient care with capped daily visits.
You’ll practice in Denver, Colorado, a diverse and growing community offering mountain access, outdoor recreation, and a vibrant Mile High lifestyle with predictable weekday scheduling.

Compensation & Benefits
• Base salary: $203,734 to $233,216
• Quarterly bonus incentives
• Health insurance with 60 percent employer contribution
• 401(k) with 5 percent employer match
• 143 hours PTO plus 7 paid holidays
• CME: $3,500 allowance plus 5 CME days
• Student loan repayment up to $100,000
