Pay Range: $70,304.00- $72,000.00
The salary range for this position is $70,304-$72,104 per year for employees hired in the Southern California area. Child and Family Social Worker to support our IHBS program in Palmdale, California. If you’re passionate about helping youth overcome barriers, thrive despite trauma, and build stronger connections with their families, this role offers the opportunity to make a profound and lasting difference.
In this leadership‑focused role, you’ll guide a multidisciplinary Child and Family Team in developing and implementing individualized intervention plans for youth with complex trauma histories. As a Child and Family Social Worker , you will lead the Child and Family Team in developing and implementing individualized, trauma‑informed intervention plans. You’ll conduct assessments, facilitate meetings, and ensure that services remain child‑centered, family‑focused, and strengths‑based. Your leadership helps youth improve daily functioning, build resilience, and remain safely connected to their families and communities.

Registered AMFTs, ASWs, and APCCs can earn group and individual supervision hours, and all staff receive ongoing training in trauma‑informed care, Motivational Interviewing, Life Skills Training, and the Community Resiliency Model. With programs across the county and statewide, advancement opportunities into supervisory and program management roles are abundant.
