We’re looking for a skilled, detail-driven Body Shop Technician ready to level up their craft within a dealership that values precision, teamwork, and professional growth. What You’ll Do: You’ll bring damaged vehicles back to life with the same care and expertise that have made Mike Bass Ford a name customers rely on for decades. Your day-to-day will include: * Performing high-quality collision and structural repairs that meet OEM standards * Handling dent removal, welding, and panel replacements with precision * Prepping vehicles for paint through sanding, priming, and masking * Replacing and adjusting body components: doors, bumpers, lights, glass, and trim * Maintaining a clean, organized workspace and keeping accurate records * Collaborating with teammates and service advisors to ensure efficient, transparent repairs What You Bring: * At least 2 years of professional body shop experience (Ford or OEM certification a plus) * Strong understanding of structural repair, metalwork, and refinishing processes * Ability to use repair manuals, digital tools, and diagnostic equipment effectively * A commitment to craftsmanship and safety standards * A valid driver’s license and ability to lift up to 50 lbs What You’ll Get: * Flat-rate pay: $20–$30+/hr (based on experience), paid weekly * Comprehensive benefits package: health, dental, PTO, and 401(k) * Access to training and advancement opportunities within one of Northeast Ohio’s most trusted dealerships * A shop culture grounded in integrity, accountability, and respect Why Mike Bass Ford You’ll join a family-owned dealership where talent is recognized, effort is rewarded, and craftsmanship still matters.
