Job Description

Our client is looking for an experienced Executive Coordinator to join their team in New York City! This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced media environment and has a passion for programming, production, and licensing.

• Pay Rate: $28.85/hour

Responsibilities:

• Manage a high volume of 3rd-party programming and licensing projects (documentaries, docuseries, unscripted content)
• Serve as a key liaison between internal teams and external production partners
• Track project lifecycles including deal status, milestones, and feedback cycles
• Build and maintain tools (trackers, logs, workflows) to streamline operations across 100+ projects
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration with Content, Legal, Marketing, Finance, and more
• Oversee final deliverables, ensuring compliance with agreements and company standards
• Support legal processes and assist with research, meeting prep, and notes
• Help manage footage licensing requests and communications to leadership
• Act as backup support for senior leadership when needed

Required Qualifications:

• 2–4 years of experience in media, entertainment, sports, or partnerships
• Familiarity with distribution and licensing agreements
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Ability to synthesize complex information into clear summaries
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Experience working across multiple teams in a matrixed environment
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office & Google Workspace (especially Excel/Sheets)
• Experience with 3rd-party programming and licensing projects is a plus
