Position Summary:  

 

The Electrical Engineering Intern will support the design and development of electrical systems and architectures for dispenser and EV charging products. This role provides hands-on experience in creating system- and component-level architectural drawings, developing electrical specifications, and contributing to early-stage concept development. The intern will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including mechanical and software engineering, to assist in building prototypes and demonstration units for industry events. This position offers exposure to real-world product development, from concept through initial validation, within a fast-paced and innovative engineering environment.  

 

Position Responsibilities:  

  • Develop and maintain system- and component-level architectural drawings for dispenser and EV charging platforms.  

  • Support the definition and documentation of electrical specifications, including processors, I/O interfaces, power distribution, cabling, connectors, and safety-related modules.  

  • Assist in the evaluation and development of future architecture concepts and innovation initiatives.  

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including mechanical and software engineering, to support integrated product design and development.  

  • Contribute to the design, build, and validation of early-stage prototypes and demonstration units.  

  • Support preparation of functional demo systems for internal reviews and external industry events.  

Qualification Requirements:  

  • Enrolled in BS in an engineering discipline (preferably Electrical/Electronics Engineering) 

  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).  

  • Knowledge of cross-functional design teams.
