• CNA license preferred (or caregiving experience: 6 months full‐time / 12 months part‐time)
• Strong communication skills and compassionate demeanor
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance (if transporting clients)
• Proof of current TB testing
• Physical ability to perform caregiving duties
• Punctual, mature, and trustworthy
• Ability to pass national/state background checks
