Commercial Lender – Greensburg, PA

We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated Commercial Lender to join an expanding commercial banking team serving the Greensburg market.

The Opportunity

The successful candidate will focus primarily on Commercial Real Estate lending while partnering with experienced credit, underwriting, and servicing teams to deliver exceptional service to clients. This position offers an established portfolio along with the ability to actively expand the bank's commercial presence in the market.

What’s Expected

• Develop new commercial banking relationships throughout the Greensburg market.
• Expand an existing portfolio while pursuing new business opportunities.
• Prospect for commercial borrowers, deposit relationships, and centers of influence.
• Structure and originate Commercial Real Estate (CRE) loans with some C&I exposure.
• Perform preliminary credit analysis and identify lending opportunities.
• Work closely with internal credit, underwriting, and servicing teams.
• Represent the bank in the business community and cultivate referral networks.
• Meet annual production goals of approximately $10–15MM in new loan production.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience while growing market share.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of commercial banking or lending experience preferred.
• Experience with Commercial Real Estate lending; C&I experience is a plus.
• Existing network or strong market knowledge in the Greensburg area preferred.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Formal credit training is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to independently evaluate opportunities and communicate effectively with credit partners.
• Strong business development and relationship management skills.
• Comfortable prospecting and building business beyond an inherited portfolio.

Compensation
Compensation will be commensurate with experience and production history. The bank has established career levels ranging from early-career lenders transitioning into commercial banking, to experienced producers with established books of business. Competitive base salary, incentive bonus, and benefits are offered.
