Key Responsibilities:

Paint and Paint Prep:

• Prepare trucks for painting by sanding and masking.

• Apply paint to trucks and ensure a high-quality finish.

Sanding and Prepping:

• Sand and prep trucks for repairs, ensuring surfaces are ready for further work.

Replacing Parts:

• Replace minor to major parts on trucks, ensuring all replacements meet quality standards.

Tooling:

• Use personal tools as required; larger tools will be provided by the company

Qualification:

Transportation and Work Ethic:

• Must have reliable transportation and a strong work ethic.

• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen is mandatory.

Experience and Knowledge:

• Previous experience in a body shop is a plus.

• Knowledge of OSHA, DOT, and CSA regulations is highly desirable.

Skills and Abilities:

• Must be a forward-thinking problem solver.

• Excellent communication skills are essential.

Pay Rate: Based on experience

Level 1- $21-$23

Level 2- $24-$26

Level 3- $27-$29
