TNT Services has been in business since 1989 and is the largest pressure wash company providing service to light-duty and medium-duty fleet vehicles in Ohio, Indiana, and Kentucky. We are also the leader in Semi-Truck and Bus Body repair, reconditioning, and detailing. Over the past fifteen years, we have expanded our services outside of power wash to become the complete appearance specialist. Services include but are not limited to commercial buildings, storefronts, flat surfaces, garages, and snow plowing, making TNT desirable to our customers and their needs.

We are an aggressively growing company that has doubled in size in the last three years and has expanded our locations to include Indianapolis, IN., Louisville, KY., Cincinnati, Cleveland, and our corporate offices in Columbus, OH.TNT Services immediately needs hard-working, self-motivated individuals ready to start work today. Because we are unique, we will train the right candidate willing to learn a new trade.

TNT is seeking a Body Shop Technician who can do body work in our Cincinnati, OH, location . Our continued growth is fueling the search for new team members and looking for both full-time and part-time candidates. Generally, a full-time schedule consists of Monday-Friday 8:00 am -4:30 pm (or as needed to meet production goals)—flexible schedule, including weekends available.

This position does come with  a RETENTION BONUS , a breakdown of the retention bonus listed below:

• Bodyshop level 1 $100.00 at 30 days, $200.00 at 90 days, and $200 at six months (Note these payouts are based off Full Time hours posted, with minimum hours being met at the time of payout at 30 days 160 hours, at 90 days 500 hours and 6 months 1040 hours).
• Bodyshop level 2 $200.00 at 30 days, $300.00 at 90 days, and $500 at six months (Note these payouts are based off Full Time hours posted, with minimum hours being met at the time of payout at 30 days 160 hours, at 90 days 500 hours and 6 months 1040 hours).
• Bodyshop Level 3 $200.00 at 30 days, $500.00 at 90 days, and $800 at six months (Note these payouts are based off Full Time hours posted, with minimum hours being met at the time of payout at 30 days 160 hours, at 90 days 500 hours and 6 months 1040 hours).

TNT’s ideal candidate is energetic, fun, positive, dependable, trustworthy, always looking for ways to improve a process, relationship-focused, and demonstrates that they can troubleshoot issues on demand. The right candidate is newer to this field and looking for an opportunity to grow knowledge and experience in the Body Shop field.

Other Body Shop/Paint Technician Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

• New in the field little to no paint/collision experience
• Surface prep work (including the staging process)
• Responsible for the quality of the workmanship

Body Shop/Paint Technician Requirements:

• I-Car (a plus, not required)
• Work is physical and endurance-based with prolonged and repeated: lifting (up to 50lbs), bending, twisting, standing, climbing, crawling, reaching, lifting, pulling, pushing, and crouching

• Level 1 Surface prep work only, new in the field little to no paint/collision experience, up to up to $20 based on experience
• Level 2 Surface prep work experience, plus either paint/collision experience but not both, up to $28 based on experience
