Job Summary:

Job Specifications:  

• Outlet: The Arrabelle

• Expected Pay Range: $20.00 - $22.00/hour + tips

  • If hired into a tipped position, guaranteed to make a minimum of $20 / hour inclusive of tips

• Shift type: Full Time, Weekends and Holidays

• Skill Level: Entry 

Job Responsibilities:  

• Make connections with guests and co-workers 

• Share our passion for the mountains during service 

• Follow the leadership’s guidelines as outlined during the daily pre-shift meeting 

• Create hot and cold beverages to specifications 

• Maintain clean and tidy workstations throughout, and at the end of the work day 

• Other duties as assigned 

Job Requirements:  

• We will teach you all necessary skills to be able to execute your job safely, no formal experience is necessary 

• Desire to learn and grow 

• Must be able to communicate fluently in English     

Additional requirements for hires under age 18:

• Submission of a Parental Consent Form upon hire, along with other applicable documents required by state law; such as a work permit, physician's note, and/or proof of birthdate

The expected pay range is $20.00/hr - $22.00/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
