About the Convention Center:
The Convention Center at Coeur d'Alene Resort hosts a variety of events from conferences to weddings. We are seeking a reliable Banquet Cook to prepare large quantities of food with attention to quality and presentation.
The Role:
As a Banquet Cook, you will prepare and cook food according to banquet menus and event requirements. Your work ensures guests enjoy fresh and tasty meals during their special occasions.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook banquet menu items following recipes and portion guidelines
Ensure timely and efficient food production for events
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and work areas
Follow all food safety and sanitation standards
Assist with setup and breakdown of banquet service areas
Collaborate with kitchen and event staff to meet event needs
What We're Looking For:
Previous experience in banquet or large-scale food preparation preferred
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Strong attention to detail and quality
Flexibility to work varied shifts including evenings and weekends
Positive attitude and good communication skills
