Automotive Production Worker Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $18.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Weekend work required
• Various shifts available

• Must be available to train on 1st shift up to 1 week & maintain exceptional attendance.
  • 1st - Mon-Fri 6:45am - 3:00pm
  • Days 12s 6:45am - 7:00pm (Continental - work 3-4 days/week) 
  • 3rd- Sun - Thurs 10:45pm - 7:00am
  • Nights 12s 6:45pm - 7:00am (Continental - work 3-4 days/week) 
• Produce, inspect, & pack automotive glass.
• Some windows will have additional components added prior to shipment.

Automotive Production Worker Qualifications:

• Must be available to work 8-12 hour shifts as listed above. 8 hour shifts will work up to 12 hours as needed to meet production
• Lift up to 45lbs. continuously for up to 12 hours
• Stand/walk continuously for up to 12 hours
• Perform repetitive hand work, including gripping for a 12-hour shift.
• Must be able to tolerate excessive heat (up to 120 degrees in summer)
• No diploma/GED required

• Applicant may be subject to a background check
• Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
