Analog Devices is looking for a highly motivated and supportive team member to work with product line and manufacturing organizations. This candidate will have the opportunity to be part of a highly motivated and supportive team. This person will drive the new product logistics specialist functions and work with Functional Stakeholders such as Marketing, Engineering and Manufacturing to help take a project from concept through delivery utilizing all of ADI new product development flows and systems available. This person will work on problems of diverse scope where analysis of situations and/or data is required and exercise sound judgment within defined practices and policies. The candidate will act as an advisor to product schedules and must seize opportunities to resolve problems to achieve the group product development goals. The role is ideal for an ambitious, energetic, motivated individual looking for new career challenges with a strong proven product logistic specialist experience to build on.

  • Coordinate all logistic aspects of New Product development for MCG.
  • Liaise between product line and manufacturing organizations.
  • Create, review with team, and submit PRIME and PROMIS applications and manufacturing interface forms for all projects.
  • Review daily status of all WIP for evaluation, qualification, characterization and stock, monitoring & reporting to team on progress versus commits.
  • Create & maintain WIP report for each project which is accessible and easy to follow for all team members.
  • Escalate and expedite material when required.
  • Identify process weaknesses which result in material delays and errors, develop solutions & implement change.
