Job Duty Summary:
The Anesthesiologist provides full-scope anesthesia care for a variety of procedures, including ortho, OB/GYN, and eye cases. Duties include preoperative assessments, administering anesthesia, and post-operative care in an independent, collaborative environment.

Pay Summary:
W2 Employed (Living in the Community):
$375/hr.
Annualized: approximately $780,000 based on 2,080 hours/year.
Benefits: BX of Montana health insurance (employee), 401K with 3% contribution, $5,000 CME, paid professional liability insurance.
$15,000 relocation.
$50K bonus
1099 Independent Contractor (Living in the Community):
$395/hr.
Annualized: $800K range for full-time
Benefits: Paid professional liability insurance.
$15,000 relocation.

Qualifications:

Qualifications (Minimum and Preferred):
Years of Experience:
1+ years of anesthesia experience required.
Education:
MD/DO Degree from an accredited College of Medicine.
Licenses:
Active Physician License (or eligibility).
Certifications:
ACLS, PALS, and BLS required.
DEA License.
Personality Factors:
Compassionate and detail-oriented.
Strong communication and critical thinking skills.
Systems Used: Meditech EHR.
Ideal Candidate Features:
Proficiency in blocks, lumbar punctures, and intubation.
