Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented, high-energy Accounts Payable Coordinator to join our client's fast-paced finance team. This is a temporary role that would start as soon as next week! In this role, you will be the primary driver behind our client's day-to-day financial processing, managing a heavy volume of both vendor invoices and employee Travel & Expense (T/E) reports. Responsibilities

• High-Volume Invoice Processing: Efficiently review, code, and process a high volume of multi-vendor invoices daily
• Heavy-Volume T/E Management: Oversee the end-to-end employee Travel & Expense reimbursement process. Review corporate card transactions and out-of-pocket expense reports for policy compliance, accurate documentation, and missing receipts
• Proactively investigate and resolve invoice pricing variances, receipt discrepancies, and expense policy violations by communicating effectively with internal teams and external vendors
• Act as the main point of contact for vendor payment inquiries and provide excellent internal customer service for employee expense questions
• Assist the accounting team with month-end closing procedures, including expense accruals and reconciliation support
